OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

1. HOW TO ENTER: Visit DripIrrigation.org and click the "Enter the DripIrrigation Giveaway Drawing" link located on the homepage in the Drip Giveaway box. Entrants will be directed to an official entry form within the site and must fill in the following information: First Name, Last Name, Postal Address, City, State, Zip Code, Phone Number, Email Address, Occupation, and Primary Interest. Click the "Submit" button to complete the entry. There is a limit of one entry per household or company per DripIrrigation Giveaway.

DripIrrigation is not responsible for incomplete, illegible, or lost entries or for failure to receive entries due to technical failures of any kind. DripIrrigation reserves the right to disqualify any entries by persons determined to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of the DripIrrigation Giveaway.

2. ELIGIBILITY: The Giveaway is open only to growers in the contiguous United States 18 years of age or older at time of entry. The Giveaway is not open to employees, volunteers, or interns of DripIrrigation, its Sponsors, irrigation manufacturers or the immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with, such employees, sponsors, volunteers, or interns.

Winners of DripIrrigation Giveaways are eligible to enter all following DripIrrigation Giveaways. All entrants must fill out a new entry form for each new Giveaway.

3. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND ACCEPTANCE: Winner will be notified by contact@DripIrrigation.org within two weeks after the Giveaway end date to confirm the winner’s postal addresses. After confirmation, allow 2 weeks for shipping and handling.

Inability to reach winner by email after reasonable efforts (as determined solely by DripIrrigation) may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. Winners may waive their right to receive the giveaway. Giveaway is nontransferable and no substitutions are allowed. DripIrrigation is solely responsible for shipping and handling. Winner is solely responsible for reporting and payment of any taxes on the prize. Except where prohibited, participation in the Giveaway constitutes entrant’s consent to the publication of his or her name and image in any media for any commercial or promotional purpose, without limitation or further compensation.

4. PARTICIPATION: Participation in the DripIrrigation Giveaway constitutes an agreement by each entrant to comply with the Official Contest Rules. In the event the DripIrrigation Giveaway is compromised by causes beyond the reasonable control of DripIrrigation which corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper operation of the giveaway, DripIrrigation reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the giveaway. Should the giveaway be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, DripIrrigation reserves the right to award the prize based on the entries received before the termination date.

By entering the DripIrrigation Giveaway, DripIrrigation may use your personal information for particular activities, including, without limitation, returns management, shipping, delivery, customer service, marketing and research; providing product, promotional and other information to you; and to contact you regarding administrative notices. DripIrrigation may share this information with its affiliates, dealers or other business partners in connection with any of the foregoing activities. DripIrrigation and its affiliates, dealers or other business partners may use this information for marketing and solicitation purposes. Except as described above, DripIrrigation will not give or sell your personal information to any other company for its use in marketing or solicitation.

5. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By entering the DripIrrigation Giveaway, entrant agrees that (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Book Giveaway, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; (2) any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the DripIrrigation Giveaway, but in no event attorney’s fees; and (3) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than damages for actual out-of-pocket expenses.

6. GENERAL RELEASE: By entering the DripIrrigation Giveaway, entrants release DripIrrigation, any Sponsor, and each of their respective affiliated companies, directors, officers, employees, representatives, partners and agents from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the DripIrrigation Giveaway or with the acceptance, possession or use of any prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light).

7. SPONSOR: The DripIrrigation Giveaways are sponsored by The Toro Company, whose decisions regarding the selection of winners and all other aspects of the DripIrrigation Giveaways shall be final and binding in all respects. The Toro Company will not be responsible for typographical, printing or other inadvertent errors in these Official Contest Rules or in other materials relating to DripIrrigation Giveaways.
